• Lucas Mill – Specialized for wide slabs and large log milling projects

TimberKing 1220 Bandsaw Mill:

• Max log width: 28 inches for slabs (32 inch for dimensional)

• Max log length: 16.5 feet

• Perfect for:

  • Dimensional Lumber: Framing, flooring, and general construction

  • Cookies: For signage and décor

  • Mantels: Custom-cut focal pieces

  • Live Edge Slabs: Furniture-grade natural slabs

Lucas Mill (Slabbing Mill):

• Cuts up to 48 inches wide

• Designed for milling oversized logs into live edge slabs

• Great for specialty woodworking, bar tops, large tables, and more

Our team ensures each cut is made to your specifications, maximizing yield and minimizing waste.

Pricing Options

We offer two standard pricing tiers based on whether you provide a skid steer or require us to bring ours, plus an add-on if you request the Lucas Mill.

Note: Skid steer operation may impact turf in wet or muddy conditions—we take care to minimize any ground disturbance.

Option 1: You Provide the Skid Steer

• Setup Fee: $150 (includes travel, setup, teardown, and the first 2 blades)

• Hourly Rate: $100

• Minimum: 2 hours

Option 2: We Provide the Skid Steer

• Setup Fee: $200

• Hourly Rate: $150

• Minimum: 2 hours

Add-On: Lucas Mill Services

If your project requires use of our Lucas Mill (for wide slabs or oversized logs), the following add-on charges apply:

• + $50 added to the base setup fee

• + $10 added per hour to the hourly rate

Example:

• If we provide the skid steer and use the Lucas Mill, your rate would be $250 setup + $160/hr

• If you provide the skid steer and request the Lucas Mill, your rate would be $200 setup + $110/hr
