Pricing Options

At Twin Oak Mill, we offer flexible pricing options to suit your needs. We understand that every project is different, so we provide two pricing structures based on whether you provide your own skid steer or if we bring ours to the job site. (Note: We do our best to minimize impact, however Skid steer operation may cause damage to grass if we are in a muddy environment)

Option 1 Pricing (Client Provides Skid Steer)

• Setup Fee: $150 (covers commuting, mileage, setup, teardown, and the first two blades)
• Hourly Rate: $100
• Blade Resharp Fee: $15 for any blade changes after the first two
• Blade Replacement Fee: $40 if our blade encounters metal during cutting

Option 2 Pricing (We Provide Skid Steer)

• Setup Fee: $200 (covers commuting, mileage, setup, teardown, and the first two blades)
• Hourly Rate: $150
• Blade Resharp Fee: $15 for any blade changes after the first two
• Blade Replacement Fee: $40 if our blade encounters metal during cutting
